We want you to love your clean beauty routine, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include any promotional gifts received with the purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original box or any sturdy mailing container, making sure to include the packing slip and secure the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
